Clyde
Clyde, the Discord bot, has been upgraded to answer questions and engage in longer conversations with you and your friends. All you need to do is mention @Clyde in any server to start chatting. Clyde can even initiate threads, allowing groups of friends to hang out and chat. With access to playlists, GIFs, and emojis, Clyde operates just like any other Discord user. Clyde is powered with OpenAI technology.
AutoMod AI
Discord's next innovation is AutoMod AI. Initially launched last year to ease the burden of manual server moderation, AutoMod has been successful in blocking over 45 million unwanted messages based on server rules, before they were posted.
Now, Discord is taking AutoMod to the next level by integrating large language models, powered by OpenAI technology. With AutoMod AI, moderators can receive alerts whenever server rules are potentially being violated, with contextual awareness of the conversation. This experimental feature is currently being rolled out to a limited number of servers.
Conversations Summaries
Discord is introducing AI-generated Conversation Summaries, which group streams of messages into relevant topics for quick catch-up or participation. This feature can be activated in Server Settings, and Discord plans to test Conversation Summaries in a select number of servers beginning next week.
Avatar Remix
