Connecting India's Future: Nokia and Netplus Partner for World-Class Broadband Services
Nokia, the renowned telecommunications company, has teamed up with Netplus, a leading internet service provider in India, to offer top-notch broadband services. NetPlus has presence in 400 plus cities and towns in several states in Northern India. The partnership aims to deliver future-proof broadband services that cater to the ever-evolving needs of the Indian market. With the proliferation of digital devices and services, there is an increasing demand for high-speed internet that can handle data-intensive activities such as video streaming, online gaming, and remote working.
Netplus has announced its plan to deploy Nokia's Multi-Access Gateway BNG, which will be hosted on Nokia's 7750 Service Router (SR) and the 7250 Interconnect Router (IXR). This deployment will equip Netplus with the necessary tools to offer new quad-play broadband services to all its subscribers. With this solution, Netplus subscribers will be able to enjoy a range of advanced broadband services.
To address the increasing demand for connected endpoints, Netplus will also implement Nokia's 7750 SR Extended Services Appliance (ESA) for the purpose of scaling support of Carrier Grade Network Address Translation (CGNAT). This solution will enable Netplus to overcome the challenges posed by the growing demand for connected devices. With Nokia's 7750 SR ESA, Netplus will be able to provide its subscribers with reliable and secure broadband services, even during times of peak demand. This deployment will further strengthen Netplus' ability to deliver uninterrupted, world-class broadband services to its customers.
NetPlus has a subscriber base of one million plus which will be benefited with reliable, secure, and high-speed broadband services by partnering with Nokia. You can read the official press release here.
